    1. Schedule Your Pickup: Simply create an account or give us a call at (386) 492-2115 to choose a pickup day and time that fits your routine. Let us know your preferences!
    2. Doorstep Collection: Bag up your laundry, and our friendly driver will pick it up from your designated spot at your home on the scheduled day.
    3. The Star Treatment Clean: We bring your items to our Star Daytona Laundry facility, where they receive great care, just like our in-store Wash & Fold service – careful sorting, washing with quality products, and gentle drying.
    4. Fresh & Folded, Delivered Back: Within 48 hours, we'll deliver your fresh, clean, and neatly folded laundry right back to your doorstep.

How We Handle Your Delivered Laundry

When you choose our Pickup & Delivery, your clothes receive the same professional attention as our in-house services:

  • Good Cleaning Products: We use effective, quality detergents and softeners to make sure your clothes are fresh, clean, and smell pleasant. If you have specific sensitivities or product preferences, please let us know when you schedule your pickup, and we'll discuss available options.
  • Careful Handling: Your laundry is carefully sorted into whites, lights, and darks. We follow any special instructions you provide and even match up your socks!
  • Professional Finishing: Items are expertly folded. If you prefer items hung, we can provide hangers for a small fee of $0.30 each.
  • Special Item Care: We can also handle most bulky items like comforters and blankets via our Pickup & Delivery service.
